About the Artist

Janet Broesch is a creative director and painter based in Berlin, Wisconsin. After 30 years directing national campaigns for brands including COVERGIRL, Heineken, P&G, and Beam/Suntory, she left Chicago to open The House on Park — a boutique B&B she designed, painted, and filled with her own work. The paintings came out of that move: more time, more space, more permission to make things that were purely hers. The room vignettes are the house she lives in. The florals are the garden outside it.

She brings the same strategic thinking she used in advertising to every licensing conversation — understanding product, customer, and shelf context, not just making beautiful images.

Let’s talk about what’s possible.

Whether you're interested in a specific painting, a product application, an exclusive collection, or just want to understand what's available — the best place to start is a conversation.

All licensing inquiries welcome: retail, wholesale, print-on-demand, exclusive and non-exclusive arrangements.
